Question 1

How does the project configurator work?

Accepted Answer

Select your system type, define the scope, choose capability add-ons, and indicate your timeline. We use your configuration to scope the project accurately and send you a tailored, fixed scope proposal within 24 hours. No live pricing is displayed — every proposal is individually prepared.

Question 2

Will I see a price in the configurator?

Accepted Answer

No — every system is scoped individually. Once you complete the configurator we prepare and send a tailored, fixed scope proposal by email within 24 hours. This ensures your proposal reflects your actual requirements — not a generic starting price that rarely applies.

Question 3

Does using the configurator commit me to anything?

Accepted Answer

No. The configurator is completely free and requires no sign-up. You receive a proposal, review it at your own pace, and only proceed if the scope and terms work for your business.

Question 4

What types of projects can I scope using the configurator?

Accepted Answer

The configurator supports websites, web applications, CRM systems, client portals, business process automation, workflow systems, AI integrations, custom software, and enterprise platforms. Select the system type that best matches your requirements — your proposal will be scoped to your specific project.

Question 5

How long does a typical project take?

Accepted Answer

Delivery timelines depend on the system type and scope. An Online Presence System typically takes 4–6 weeks, a Customer Acquisition System 8–10 weeks, a Digital Operations Platform 16–20 weeks, and a Custom Business Platform 12–32 weeks, depending on scope. Faster delivery is sometimes possible, subject to a feasibility review. Your fixed-scope proposal includes a clear delivery roadmap.
